STAYS WITH YOU.
Walkyrie ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Walkyrie iOS application.
Walkyrie is a walking and fitness companion app. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
- We do not track or store your precise location.
- We do not use analytics or crash reporting services.
- We do not use advertising networks or third-party tracking.
- We do not require account creation or login.
- We do not access your camera, microphone, or contacts.
Walkyrie reads step count, distance, calories, and floors from Apple HealthKit. This data is read directly on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
Weather data is fetched from Apple's WeatherKit service using a city name you provide. The city name is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. No personal data is sent as part of the weather request.
Your step goal and unit preferences are stored exclusively on your device. No data leaves your device at any time.
Walkyrie requests read-only access to HealthKit to display your steps, distance, calories, and floors. We do not write any data to HealthKit. Health data is processed entirely on-device and is never shared with us or any third party.
Walkyrie does not request device location permission. Weather forecasts are retrieved using a city name you manually enter. The resolved coordinates are stored only on your device and are used solely to fetch weather data from Apple WeatherKit.
Walkyrie does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for all ages.
Walkyrie does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics platforms. The only external network request is a read-only call to Apple WeatherKit to retrieve weather forecasts.
If we update this Privacy Policy in the future, we will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
